Oh Packing..

Yes. That's what I'm doing.. packing away getting ready to start work for the day then head to Kansas City tomorrow for my nephews first birthday! We are so very excited for so many reasons, Mr. has never been there, and we get to be there for my nephews first birthday and stop by Madis grave! Thank goodness for house sitters or none of this would even remotely be possible.

Our little blog is growing like a weed, I assume that's a good thing but we would like to hear from our readers!

We are going shortly from 2400 sq ft of living space to 960sq ft. Have any of you done this? Any great suggestions? We've sold almost all we own to make this transition because of circumstances in our lives that needed to be tended to but oddly we are excited! Leave us some feedback on small townhouse living and how to make the most of it!

Social Media is Life.. and blogging too

My little fingers cannot type fast enough today! I've been working on a project for work and I tell you it does make me feel cross eyed at times.

Tonight Mr. and I are going to take a look at places to call our home. We have been able to narrow them down and feel a townhouse would be best suited for us, for now.

Moving is always such a venture. Many despise doing so, I've done it so much its a yearly thing. However being married now I am ready to find a place we enjoy, just the Mr. and I to call home and decorate as we would like to.  Its truly coming so fast but we sold pretty much everything except our gracious wedding gifts and a few other items to make this transition so here's to townhouse looking!

The Transition

Many many of you have followed Mrs. over the years, and have watched me transition from the deepest depths of life to where I am now. I am simplifying things for everyone, as truly I believe I have started over 15+ blogs, a few websites, etc and I am taking it down to just one.

It is hard because I enjoy so many different perspectives in life, but I must tell you I have finally come to realize that having it all in one place is not that bad.  Trying to start over and bring in the readers whom have graciously followed over the years is a challenge, but I know you all will come in as you find the new route.

This is a continued chapter in my journey!  We have been married about a month and a half! Happy as ever! Enjoying every moment of it!  This weekend we are actually taking our first mini vacation together, to see my family, and show Mr. where I am from, and allow him to be in a sacred place he has asked to visit for many years. The place of Madi.

It will be such an exhilarating experience, and truly can not wait to share with you all all of the exciting adventures we find ourselves in!  I also hope to meet up with some friends from Elementary school and high school, so my Mr. can see roots he has yet to see and experience!

When getting all of these blogs put to once place, and all of the Facebook pages created over the years, it is truly a refreshing experience for me.  I have tried this for this and that for that.  But I have to say the best thing I have found that works in life, is just being me, and keeping all of the things I like and have my hands in in one place.

We do however have to have a grand entrance for the Mr.  He is pretty new to blogging and has always kind of been hesitant to blog, for the fear many bloggers have.  But really it is therapeutic and he is quickly learning that!  We worked together to make him a geek blog sometime last year, and he posted a few times, but the fear still held him back.  He has however enlightened me, that everything has always been better when we have done whatever task it is together, so here we are!

We love you all, all of our friends, new and old, cherished and loved, because you are what keeps the smile on our faces!

So Welcome! and do not expect to see post after post of apologies for not posting.  This is us, this is Mr and Mrs and we are back and better than ever. (Even though we were never gone) :)

Green Thumb Gone Numb

We successfully planted a few weeks ago our very first Tomato plant! It is still absolutely growing like a weed, we have about 6 buds and truly can not WAIT for it to start giving using 'maters! So ready for BLT's! :)

Change is good

Or so they say! We are just changing a few things around, and have actually opened our blog up to the world, those that know us and to those that now know us as Mr and Mrs.

Exciting posts to come, it has taken us a while to contemplate which was we would like to go, but will be updating regularly!
